Our main goal for this private apartment in Vistana was to create distinct zones within the living area, despite its small size, without using separating walls. We wanted to maximize the functionality of the space and make it feel more open and inviting.
To achieve this, we came up with creative solutions like using platforms and recessed ceilings to visually separate the different areas. These elements not only added a touch of visual interest but also helped create a sense of privacy and defined spaces within the open floor plan.
We also focused on incorporating practical space-saving ideas. For example, we utilized the windowsills as seating area and designed a multifunctional kitchen island that served multiple purposes, making the most of every square meter.
