Private House interior and exterior design, CA, USA

This project of private house interior and exterior design in CA, USA is located in a bustling neighborhood, so we designed it with a central inner garden, bringing a touch of nature into every corner of the house. This inner garden can be seen from all parts of the house, creating a serene and refreshing atmosphere.
The owner had a special request to have a view of the public garden in front of the house from as many areas inside as possible. To fulfill this wish, we divided the private house into different sections. Taking advantage of the sloping terrain, we created two different floor levels, resulting in interesting and functional zoning of spaces.
By adjusting the width of the overall rectangular shape, we ensured optimal views of the public garden from the living and dining areas. To maximize the view in these areas, we incorporated floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing abundant natural light to flood the space.
To enhance the brightness and transparency of the living room and staircase, we used angular glass curtain walls that created a more open and airy space.
We designed this house to blend harmoniously with its surroundings while providing a comfortable and visually appealing living environment.
