Residential building, Ejmiatsin, Armenia

Introducing our project, the first residential building in Ejmiatsin, where classic Ejmiatsin style seamlessly blends with modern architectural solutions for functional living spaces.
Our design approach focused on optimizing space and providing versatility. Instead of traditional walls, we employed innovative furniture and decor to define and decorate different zones within the apartments, creating an open and flexible environment that maximizes available space.
Adaptability was at the forefront of our planning process. Every square meter was carefully designed to meet future needs, ensuring that the apartments can evolve with the residents. Strategically placed balconies and large windows invite abundant natural light and offer captivating views, enhancing the overall spaciousness.
The exterior design of the building harmoniously integrates with its surroundings. Bold red and black tuff accents highlight the ground floor, while white travertine adds a touch of elegance and lightness to the overall composition.
